Plasfy has a free account version so that you can check the editor's functionality and features. We advise you to properly check Plasfy and ask questions on our support email or our chat widget. Our expert support are always available to answer all your questions related to Plasfy.

The free account requires no credit card and is entirely free. Simply sign up with your username and password in just 10 seconds to begin using Plasfy. We advise all users do create a free account before purchasing the full version.

If the products aren't functioning, producing errors or you haven't received access to them at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, please get in touch with our support team immediately.

If we are unable to provide you a working solution within 5 business days, simply delete all digital files and license keys you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your refund processed within 5 days or early. That's a firm promise and commitment.

How To Request Refund

Our official refund and return policy for all Our Products is as follows:

1. Plasfy will allow for the refund of any product within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.

2. If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.

3. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.

4. When a customer reaches us by support ticket or email, our first response will be to offer technical support for the product.

5. Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed or the user does not have access to their email anymore, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

6. Customers requesting serial or repeated refunds will be blocked from making further purchases and access will be deleted.

7. Customers requesting a return within 30 days of purchase must be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.

8. Refund Processing Time: Please note that refunds will take 3-4 business days to be processed and show up in your account. They are usually processed on the same day as approved but can take up to 3-4 business days.

9. After 30 Days: There is no refund offered after the first 30 days.

10. You also understand and agree that once a refund is requested, you are not permitted to exploit the product (Assets) in question, and immediately upon receipt of a refund, all licenses to such product files and underlying content are revoked, and you are not authorized to use the product in any form or for any purpose whatsoever.

11. No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation

12. To submit your refund request; Create a support ticket for your refund requests to support@plasfy.com Please include the title as "Refund Request" in your ticket.

13. To serve you and others better in the future, we ask that you tell us why you want a refund and provide us with an opportunity to help you fix the issue. We want satisfied customers.

A request for a refund based on a change of mind is not valid, as it is self-explanatory and falls outside the criteria for a refund.

Outcome If A Refund Is Processed

Please note that once your refund is proceed the following will occur:
- Your Plasfy account will be permanently deactivated.
- All saved designs and uploads will be permanently deleted.
- All access to our site/s will be removed.
- You will not be able to sign up for Plasfy in the future.
- You will not get any of our product-updates, exclusive discounts or any other benefits.
- You will be removed from the Exclusive Customer Only Facebook Group.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience on Plasfy, so if you have any questions or issues with your purchase, we'd love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue. We try to respond to most inquiries via our support desk within our business hours of Monday-Friday.

Business Hours - 9 AM - 5 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Please note that we will permanently close accounts from which we have received any chargebacks/PayPal disputes. Previous purchases will no longer be available for access in this case. If we receive a PayPal dispute, your account will be disabled until the dispute is resolved.

Any PayPal dispute or chargeback will result in you being blacklisted so you cannot purchase any further products from us in the future. To facilitate a refund, kindly follow the designated process mentioned above to avoid unnecessary time and cost expenditures. Utilizing PayPal disputes or initiating chargebacks is discouraged, as they may result in additional fees for us as a vendor and adversely impact our account status.

Acceptance of this Policy

Plasfy reserves the right to modify, cancel and/or limit the Money Back Period offer at any time. If you fail to cancel your Plan within the 30 days Money Back Period, no refund will be available to you. You will not receive a notice from Plasfy that your 30 days Money Back Period is about to end or has ended. When you are placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy properly. This also proves that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
